Responsive and Modern Design
The front-end UI of our Conference Agenda Software is mobile-friendly which allows site visitors to load event programs and all relevant details on the go, using various portable devices. You can choose a color theme for each conference separately. There is a total of 10 different color variations that can be easily previewed and changed from the back-end.

Manage Multiple Conferences
Users can add as many events as necessary - conferences, discussions, seminars, workshops, etc. Each entry goes with a title, start date/time, duration, short description, and can be divided into different topical panels (sessions).

Agendas and Speakers
Each presentation or speech that will be held at the respective event is called "agenda". When you set up a new agenda, you add a title, scheduled time, venue, and description. You also select the conference and session it belongs to. Then you can assign speakers to the agenda if you have already created speaker profiles. All speakers will be listed on the front-end so that visitors can get acquainted with their bio and relevant expertise.

Conference Timetables
Events are organized in days, start/end hours, and sessions. You can specify the date format and customize all general settings from the options menu.

The agenda tool can be easily translated into any language using unique text IDs. You can also request other software features and extra services.
